Due to the nature of our business and safety concerns, we cannot resell any products that have been returned. All sales are final and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 business days. Please be sure about your order before placing it.
All soap designs are unique, no 2 are exactly the same but they do come from the same pictured loaf. Some of our soaps have delicate details such as seashell or floral tops. We do our best to package these to prevent breakage but cannot guarantee that small pieces won’t break off during shipping. If you prefer to pick up your order please contact us before placing it and we will work on arrangements.
